How can I return a product?

In the case of faulty products or products that do not meet our high quality standards, we will pick up the product for you.
In all other cases, you can bring your purchase to C/ Circunde, 35 Polígono La Portalada I 26006 Logroño (Spain) or send it (carriage prepaid) to the aforementioned address by courier

calcetines

Hola buenas tardes os escribo porque hace un tiempo compre unas zapatillas etna21 y unos calcetines grandes.los calcetines a la primera lavada se me han quedado pequeños.

Si los ha lavado en en un programa excesivamente caliente es probable que le hayan encogido debido al material del que están hecho. Lamentamos que le haya ocurrido y esperamos que pueda seguir utilizándolos ya que son elásticos.
