30 days for footwear. 14 days for all other products.
How can I return a product?
You can request a refund by sending us an email at shop@oriocx.es
In the case of faulty products or products that do not meet our high quality standards, we will pick up the product for you.
In all other cases, you can bring your purchase to C/ Circunde, 35 Polígono La Portalada I 26006 Logroño (Spain) or send it (carriage prepaid) to the aforementioned address by courier
When will I get my refund?
You’ll receive your refund by bank transfer within 5 working days of returning your product.
