Duration of the return period:
30 days.
I like the shoes but I need to change my size, what should I do?
Spain - We offer the first size exchange free of charge with 24-48h delivery. The delivery man will come to your home to deliver the new shoes and pick up the ones that don't fit.
Canary Islands - The size exchange will cost 6,50€.
Europe - The size exchange is not free, it will cost 24€.
United Kingdom - The size exchange is not free of charge, it will cost £24
You will need to follow these steps:
Put the box in a sealed bag or box. We do not accept exchanges or returns without this step being followed.
Take a photo of the package ready for shipping.
Write an email to shop@oriocx.es requesting the change of size and attach the photo of the prepared package.
In the email you must confirm: invoice number, shipping address and contact details.
In 24-48 working hours the delivery person will appear at your address.
Can I return the product?
Write an email to shop@oriocx.es requesting the return of the product.
You have 2 alternatives:
We will pick up your shoes with 24-48h delivery to speed up the refund. It has a cost of 6,50€ VAT included in Spain and 12€ VAT included in the rest of Europe.
You can bring your shoes to our warehouse located in C/ Circunde, 35 Polígono La Portalada I 26006 Logroño; or send it by courier (postage paid) to the same address.
If the product is defective or there is a quality problem, we will pick it up free of charge at your home address.
IMPORTANT: It is compulsory to put the box in a sealed bag or box for us to accept the return.
Can my return be rejected once Oriocx receives my shoes?
YES, as the return is only accepted because the order will be returned in the same conditions as it was delivered.
These are the 3 cases in which Oriocx reserves the right to refuse the return and refund once we have received your shoes:
Failure to put the original box; with the shoes inside, in a sealed bag or box.
You have removed the label from the shoe.
The shoes have been used outdoors, and the sole may have been worn, with stones or dirt.
When will I receive my refund?
You will receive the refund in your bank account within 5 working days of processing the return.
