I like the shoes, but I need to change the size. What should I do?
We offer the first size exchange free of charge, with 24-48h shipping. The courier will come to your home to deliver the new shoes and collect the ones that don't fit.
*In Europe, Great Britain, and the Canary Islands, the full cost of the size exchange is the customer's responsibility.

You must follow these steps:

1. Place the box inside a sealed bag or box. We do not accept exchanges or returns without following this step.
2. Take a photo of the package ready for shipping.
3. Send an email to shop@oriocx.es requesting the size exchange and attach the photo of the prepared package.
4. In the email, you must confirm: invoice number, shipping address, and contact details.
5. The courier will arrive at your home within 24-48 business hours.

Can I return the product?
Send an email to shop@oriocx.es requesting the product return.

You will have 2 options:

1. We collect your shoes ourselves with 24-48h shipping to speed up the refund. This costs €6.50 VAT included in Spain.
   *In Europe, Great Britain, and the Canary Islands, the full cost of the return is the customer's responsibility.
   
2. You can bring your shoes to our warehouse located at C/ Circunde, 35 Polígono La Portalada I, 26006 Logroño; or send them by courier (shipping prepaid) to that same address.
   
   If the product is defective or there is a quality issue, we will collect it from your home free of charge.
   
   IMPORTANT: The box must be placed inside a sealed bag or box for us to accept the return.
   

Can my return be rejected once Oriocx receives my shoes?
YES, since the return is only accepted because the order is being returned in the same condition it was delivered in.

These are the 3 cases in which Oriocx reserves the right to deny the return and refund once we have received your shoes:

1. Not having included the original box, with the shoes inside, in a sealed bag or box.
2. Having removed the label from the shoe.
3. Having used the shoe outdoors, with the sole potentially worn, or with stones or dirt on it.
   

When will I receive my refund?
You will receive the refund to your bank account within 5 business days of processing the return.
