The General Conditions bind PRODIMEX GLOBAL S.L. and the buyer (Client), granting them a series of rights and obligations, from the moment the latter makes and accepts an order through this page. They are mandatory and knowledgeable by both parties, so their acceptance is essential to be able to formalize an order. Therefore, the Client must carefully read these conditions.
The headings of the different clauses are for information only, and will not affect, qualify or expand the interpretation of the General Conditions.

At the time the order becomes active, the client formalizes a product purchase contract with PRODIMEX GLOBAL SL., acquiring the rights and commitments established in the applicable regulations and those set forth in these general contracting conditions.
5. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
All product orders are subject to their availability, if there are difficulties in their supply or items are not available in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information about substitute products of equal quality and value or top that you can order. If you do not wish to place an order for these substitute products, we will refund the amount you have paid.
6. REFUSAL TO PROCESS AN ORDER

9. DELIVERY TIMES FOR ORDERS
Deliveries are made within a period of 3 to 14 working days depending on the country of destination and the availability of the product or products that comprise them. PRODIMEX GLOBAL SL reserves the right and option to take more than 14 business days whenever it is for a cause beyond the control of the company itself (transport strike in a certain country, wars, embargoes, labor difficulties, conflicts caused by natural disasters- fires, accidents...), failures in the delay of delivery or other reasons due to the work of the company in charge of this service or other causes beyond PRODIMEX GLOBAL S.L.
Working days are subject to the calendar established at the company's headquarters in Spain.
Shipments from destination will be made on Fridays, except Friday holidays (national, of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja and of the town of Logroño), and then the day of departure of the orders is the following business day.
However, this availability period may be modified in the event of simultaneous orders for the same product or products that lead to the end of product stocks. The new delivery period will be indicated to the Customer as soon as possible. If the end of stock is final, the Customer will be notified so that they can choose between choosing a different product with similar characteristics and a price similar to that of the out-of-stock product, or cancel their order.
However, the delay in delivery will not imply any compensation and will only entitle the Customer to cancel the order when the circumstances described in point 12 'CANCELLATION OF ORDERS' of these conditions occur.
PRODIMEX GLOBAL S.L. will try to provide as much information as possible on the availability of the products in each order.
Delivery will be made door-to-door at the delivery address indicated in the shipping data of the order. The subsequent modification of this address may generate a series of expenses that will be borne by the Client and the delivery may be affected.
Orders will be delivered by the transport company to the delivery address indicated by the Client and to the person who has been appointed as the recipient of the same. These data will be recorded on the delivery note of the transport company, which will also indicate the number of packages in the shipment, the total weight, the order number.
Deliveries of bulky or overweight products, or those of products that present difficulties for delivery, will be delivered to the portal of the indicated address.
The Client may request an invoice, by email to the address firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the name of the holder of the invoice and the number of order, and will be sent to the invoice address by regular mail or email.

10. CHANGES AND RETURNS

The return can only be made through our website and never in a physical establishment.
To proceed with the exchange or return, the products must be in the same conditions in which you received them, with the original packaging and they cannot have been used.
Items can only be exchanged for a different size, or for the same size in the event of a defective item, and will be subject to availability in our warehouses. If you wish to exchange for a different model, please return the item(s) purchased and place a new order.

a) Items Received Defective
All items are quality checked for damage or defects prior to shipment. 11. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
The Client will have the right to cancel his order, and PRODIMEX GLOBAL S.L.will give its consent to said cancellation, therefore understanding it as a cancellation by mutual agreement and there being no commitment or penalty for The Client when:
a) The estimated term of delivery of the merchandise has been exceeded without it having been delivered to the Client, except for reasons beyond the control of the company PRODIMEX GLOBAL SL., as can be seen in the section “ Order delivery times” and reminding the customer that shipments from destination will be made on Fridays, except Friday holidays (national, of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja and of the town of Logroño), being then the day of departure of the next business day orders.
