How do I get an invoice for my purchase?

How can I return a product?

You can request a refund by sending us an email at shop@oriocx.es

In the case of faulty products or products that do not meet our high quality standards, we will pick up the product for you.

In all other cases, you can bring your purchase to C/ Circunde, 35 Polígono La Portalada I 26006 Logroño (Spain) or send it to the aforementioned address by courier

When will I get my refund?

You’ll receive your refund by bank transfer within 5 working days of returning your product.

Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands): Free Shipping 24-48 hours from €50 purchase. For smaller orders, shipping costs: €6.50

Canary Islands: Free Shipping 72 hours to the Canary Islands from €150 purchase. For smaller orders, shipping costs: €6.50. Customs clearance times are not included.

We do not ship to Ceuta and Melilla.

Europe*: Free Shipping (3-5 days) from €50 purchase. For smaller orders, shipping costs: €2.95

How do I wash my Oriocx footwear?

Always hand wash with a cloth. Trail shoes can be soaked in a suitable container or spray washed with a hose. These washing processes will not damage them.
